Accessible for everybody

At Club La Santa we welcome guests with a range of reduced mobility. In addition to our specially adapted and wheelchair accessible apartments, we strive to make our facilities as convenient and accessible as possible for anyone with mobility issues who wants to be active. Should you have any special requirements, please contact us before your arrival to ensure that we can make the necessary preparations.

Facilities

Upon arrival you will be welcomed at our reception, which is right next to the car/bus parking zone. In reception there is an automatic sliding door leading to a desk with a section that is only 1 m high, making it easy for guests in wheelchairs to check in. The ATM and toilets in reception are easily accessible to all.

Even though we recommend our reduced mobility guests stay on the ground floor, Club La Santa has two lifts providing access to the first floor. Furthermore, there are a number of ramps with railings in many places at Club La Santa - including one that leads directly into our leisure pool.

Club La Santa offers a range of disability-friendly apartments and two are specifically designed to meet all the needs our disabled guests may have. They are located near the reception and there is easy access to our sports facilities, pool area and taxi rank. These spacious apartments have large, sliding doors and wide corridors for easy access. Light switches are all located at a convenient height for wheelchair users and the bathrooms are large with room for wheelchairs, there is a low sink, railings by the toilet and support bars in the shower. We also offer assitive devices for the bathroom that can also be used in other apartments.

Three of our public toilets are disability-friendly – on the square, where you will find our bars, restaurants and evening entertainment, in the conference centre and the disco. There are also disabled-friendly toilets in the wellness centre and pool bar.

For guests who want to go and explore Lanzarote, we can help to pre-book specially adapted cars or a bus. We also have an electric bike and tandem bike available - these can be hired from our Bike Centre.

Sport

For the more adventurous travellers, our dive centre has over 10 years of experience working with the Danish association for the reduced mobility, and offers different options depending on the degree of reduced mobility.
