In addition to our specially adapted and wheelchair accessible apartments and suites, we strive to make our facilities as convenient and accessible as possible for anyone with mobility issues. Should you have any specific requirements, please contact us before your arrival to ensure that we can make the necessary preparations.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed at our reception, which is right next to the car/bus parking zone. In reception there is an automatic sliding door leading to a desk with a section that is only 1m high, making it easy for guests in wheelchairs to check in.

Even though we recommend that our disabled guests stay on the ground floor, Club La Santa has two lifts providing access to the first floor. Furthermore, there are a number of ramps with railings in many places at Club La Santa - including one that leads directly into our Leisure Pool.

Club La Santa offers a range of disability-friendly apartments and suites, specifically designed to meet all the needs our disabled guests may have. These spacious apartments have large, sliding doors and wide corridors for easy access. Light switches are all located at a convenient height for wheelchair users and the kitchens are adapted with lower units and easily accessible cupboards. The bathrooms are large with room for wheelchairs, there is a low sink, railings by the toilet and support bars in the shower. We also offer assistive devices for the bathroom that can also be used in other apartments.

Three of our public toilets are disability-friendly. These are located on the Square, where you will find our bars, restaurants and evening entertainment, in the Conference Centre and the Disco. There are also disabled-friendly toilets in the Wellness Centre and Pool Bar.

For guests who want to go and explore Lanzarote, we can help to pre-book specially adapted cars or a bus. We also have an electric bike and tandem bike available to hire from our Bike Centre.
