Wifi and Phone

There is access to free and unlimited Wifi throughout most public spaces and apartments at Club La Santa. Internal phone calls from room phones are free of charge, whilst external calls are charged at the hotel rates.

Housekeeping

All rooms are cleaned daily (except dirty dishes) from Tuesday to Saturday (08:00-16:00). Towels are changed every day and bed linen is changed weekly.

Laundry

We offer washing, drying and ironing services in the Laundrette, open daily from 09:00 to 19:00. Prices are available in the Laundrette, payments can be made in Reception.

The prices for using the washing and drying machines:
· Full Load Washing Machine: € 10.00
· Full Load Dryer Machine:€ 7.00
· Full Load Washing Machine + Dryer: € 16.00
· Ironing (piece): € 10.00

 Half Loads no longer permitted.

Self-Service Launderette

We have a new self-service launderette where you can wash your clothes individually. The self-service launderette is available daily between 8.00h and 24.00h. The washing machines are located directly next to the laundry. Soap and softener are included in each wash.

The prices for using the washing and drying machines:
· 6€ for 8 kg for the washing machine
· 4€ for the dryer

Doctor

We have a private onsite doctors clinic, open Monday to Friday 16:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 11:00 to 12:00. In the unlikely case of an emergency you may contact the Reception for fast assistance. Please note, that consultations are subject to payment.

Babysitting

It is possible to hire a Green Teamer to babysit for a few hours during the evening should you wish. Please ask in Sports Booking upon arrival for more information. Please note - the child has to be 5 years or older before we can offer babysitting.

24 hour Security

Both entrances to Club La Santa are manned by security guards 24 hours a day. In addition, there are also security guards surveying the resort around the clock, to ensure your safety day and night. 

Lifeguards

We have lifeguards at our leisure pool and at the three 50m pools, who are happy to be of assistance should you have any questions about the pools and swimming guidelines.
