Receptions

Club La Santa has two Receptions for your convenience. The North Reception is open 24 hours a day and the south is open Saturday to Thursday 9:00-15:00 and Friday 8:00-18:00. Both Receptions offer a currency exchange, scanning and printing service. The North Reception also sells stamps and has a comfortable seating area with WiFi access.

Check out and departure

We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00. Please remember to return all key cards and pay any outstanding bills. If you would like to arrange a late check out time, please ask in Reception after 17:00 on the day prior to your departure. There is a luggage room available outside the North reception, and showers near the South Reception and next to the AZ Sport Clinic. Key card or electronic bracelet

All apartment doors at Club La Santa are accessible using an electronic keycard. We also sell electronic bracelets for 8€ which are yours to keep and reusable for subsequent visits. The bracelet will be programmed to access your room during your stay, and will cease to be active on the day you are scheduled to leave.

Money and currency

There are 2 ATMs available in The Square and North Reception. We also offer an internal credit cards, or regular credit cards can be used around the resort.

Safe Rental 

We like to inform you that, from the first of November 2016 the hotel safe box in the apartments will be free for all customers. Please note that Club La Santa is only responsible for the security of items within the safe.

Cots and high chair

You can order cots and high chairs from the Reception. Please pre-book these to avoid disappointment, as we have a limited number.

Smoking policy

Please be aware that we operate a no smoking policy at the resort. Ask for designated smoking Areas.
