CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting of aerobic exercise, callisthenics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, plyometrics, body weight exercises, indoor rowing, running, and swimming. CrossFit is a program that executes varied functional movements at a high intensity focusing on power and speed.

CrossFit is a Sport that involves risks when movements are not performed with the correct technique. If you are new to CrossFit or not a confident athlete, join one of our introduction classes or book a Personal Instruction class with our CrossFit coaches.
